There exists an extension for Google Chrome that hides all application postings and also supports a whitelist. Perhaps that could be interesting for you: https://chrome.google.com/e...

Hey, i'm not sure if this is what you're looking for, it would be more of a complete and permanent block for anything on your network, but you can use a DNS like opendns.com, works great and allows you to set the things/sites you're network is allowed to view/visit.. You can click the box to stop allowing access to 'social networking' and then nobody can access it any longer.. unless they have the password you set up and go back in and change it..

good day.. do you know how to block facebook games/applications permanently? i hate it when someone use my pc and play facebook games. they bother me of my job, i cant force to them to leave my pc.. i want to disable facebook application where who ever use my pc can't access on it and do you know how to block facebook site? or any site?

I've just finished a firefox plugin, which hides all application posts.

I'll try to implement this block stuff and BLOCK ALL over ajax :)

CJ: I took a look at the updates and nothing new for me to do. They just did what I did, but moved it to a notification/request page. My script will still work and no real updates is needed.

We'll see when they'll have an option to actually not allow any requests for new apps.

Great script. Will you be updating it to accomodate the changes FB have made?

They now have BLOCK on the same page as the notification. It should simplify your extension?

@Gail: You will get invites only if the application isn't already blocked. I would suggest not clicking "Ignore" and letting the program block it next time you log in with your Firefox browser.
